This band is a variation of the last blue band I wove using a brighter blue background and a bit more contrast with some white strings. I’ve used this same pattern many times but with different colors and fibers. It was actually one of the very first tablet weaving patterns that I designed a few years ago. I still love it and will continue to weave it ad I enjoy it so much. This weaving is made by an ancient weaving technique called tablet weaving. I am weaving this design to be the decorative ribbon inlay in a black leather guitar strap.
